Title: WCS Site Coordinator

Location: Morristown, TN

 

Role Summary: 

Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for the position of Infrastructure Site Analyst within the Global Information Technology (GIT) organization, sitting on the GIT Americas Workplace and Collaboration Services team. Reporting through the GIT structure, this internal customer-facing role acts as the primary liaison to business users at our Morristown, TN manufacturing facility, supporting 2nd level incident resolution, PC deployment, and site infrastructure needs. What makes this position exciting is the opportunity to directly bridge manufacturing plant operations with enterprise technology while serving as the site's single point of contact for GIT compliance, audits, and business engagement. Core Mission: Drive business continuity and operational reliability at the Morristown facility by delivering SLA-driven technical support while ensuring total site adherence to GIT standards and compliance requirements. 

 

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary internal liaison to business users and Business Engagement Leads at the Morristown plant to gather infrastructure requirements, evaluate site technology needs, and ensure all new software and hardware are vetted and approved by GIT leadership.


Monitor the Freshworks 2nd level ticket queue to resolve user IT needs—including Windows/Mac PCs, mobile devices, printers, label printers, wireless scanners, and Google Suite—within established SLAs, while conducting monthly HelpDesk reporting to drive continuous support improvements.


Lead site adherence to GIT Standards and Compliance by developing required documentation, executing compliance checklists, updating Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, maintaining server room/IDF closet standards, and acting as the direct point of contact for internal corporate audits.


Oversee complete PC deployment workflows, including standard imaging, new hire onboardings/trainings, lease replacements, equipment returns, and asset inventory database tracking.


Collaborate with remote GIT network and infrastructure teams to facilitate local hardware changes (e.g., switch/server refreshes), participate in global IT initiatives, and provide high-touch IT support for onsite senior executive reviews and events.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree


3+ years of related IT/infrastructure work experience


Basic technical understanding of Windows PCs, MacBooks, networks, and mobile devices


 

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment 


Ability to follow established standards, processes, and procedures


Ability to utilize search tools and AI to research solutions to issues users are experiencing


Ability to provide support to remote users using remote support tools and/or video conferencing



Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $107,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
