Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Process all new and pre‑owned vehicle billing, including retail, lease, wholesale, and dealer trades
- →Verify accuracy of sales documents, contracts, titles, and funding paperwork
- →Submit and track DMV documentation and ensure compliance with state and manufacturer requirements
- →Reconcile schedules related to vehicle inventory, contracts in transit, and accounting records
- →Communicate with sales, finance, and management teams to resolve discrepancies
- →Maintain organized digital and physical records for audits and reporting
- →Support the accounting office with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous automotive dealership billing or accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of DMV processes, title work, and dealership documentation
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to customer service
