Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Present and sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with enthusiasm and expertise

Provide customers with vehicle features and options to assist in the purchasing decision

Stay informed about current and upcoming Mercedes-Benz models, technologies, and promotions

Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer inquiries

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial consultation to delivery

 

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred (but not required)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success

A professional appearance and positive attitude

A passion for providing outstanding customer service

Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
