Sales Associate - Budapest

As a Sales Associate you will act as a brand ambassador and assist in achieving and exceeding
sales objectives, and growing the brand’s client base. The ideal candidate must be charismatic,
passionate about people, and be able to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

       Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual and shop sales and KPI targets set by retail management
  team
• Cultivate new and existing customer relationships through personalized service and
  weekly client outreach
• Promotes positive working environment through effective communication with peers,
  shop management, and corporate office
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Aid in maintaining loss prevention standards and preventing shrink
• Execute a high level of customer service at all times within the shop environment
• Maintain product knowledge information, current and upcoming seasonal promotions
  
• Ensure store standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and
  procedures
• Maintain inventory reliability through accurate processing of register transactions, and
  providing accurate information to clients
  
  Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of contemporary or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred
• Must have open availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends and
  holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive retail business
• Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated
• Proven experience in developing and growing an extensive client database
• Proficient in POS systems
