Senior Engineering Manager

Narvar is growing! We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager in Canada to grow and lead our  Promise team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, you’ll lead the team of front end, backend, and data science engineers who build and continuously improve the systems, and models behind it , setting a culture of ownership, quality, and execution in a fast paced environment.

Navar Promise shows shoppers accurate, personalized delivery dates across the product page, cart, and checkout, using AI/ML that learns from billions of shipments across the Narvar network. Knowing when an order will arrive gives shoppers the confidence to buy and drives an uplift in conversion of merchants. 

Our Vision is for Promise to be the industry standard for delivery predictability and consumer trust- every shopper knows exactly when their order will arrive, and every retailer is set up to deliver on that promise. Getting the data right is just the start. With deep visibility into how billions of shipments are delivered across our global network, we help retailers optimize their fulfillment and delivery operations- making Promise the backbone of retail logistics. 

For this role, you should be located in Canada and able to work within EST/EDT OR PST hours. We are fully remote.
