• Build and implement high-quality environments using Unreal Engine and Unity, aligned with the project’s visual concept and storytelling direction.
• Create environment art resources and background assets to support cinematic and real-time content.
• Compose natural and artificial elements to maximize world quality, depth, and visual balance.
• Optimize environments and scene assets for real-time performance in live production.
• Establish and manage environment production pipelines utilizing Unreal/Unity tools and workflows.

• 3+ years of experience in environment or level art production for cinematic or real-time content.
• Hands-on experience creating high-quality environments using Unreal Engine / Unity.
• Deep understanding and passion for cinematic lighting, and next-generation graphics.
• Experience in environment optimization for real-time live production.
• Strong ability in asset creation, resource management.
• Experience working in VFX or real-time content industries.

• Are proficient with Material Editor in Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Have experience in Virtual Production (VP).
• Have a proactive attitude toward artistic and technical R&D and new workflow experimentation.
• Have experience using terrain and environment generation tools such as World Machine, Gaea, or Terrain.
