Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own and grow executive-level relationships with top SIs, MSPs, and VARs across APJ
- →Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- →Build and deliver scalable partner enablement across sales, technical, and go-to-market motions
- →Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners, leveraging an existing APJ network
- →Align closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner motions into the broader GTM strategy
- →Track partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and take corrective action as needed
- →Travel: 25% Internation
- 7–10+ years of experience in partner development or channel roles
- Proven success driving enterprise cloud or IaaS revenue through partners
- Active, current APJ partner network across SIs, MSPs, and ISVs
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure; GPU or HPC experience preferred
- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, technical teams, and partner leadership
- Strategic partners are enabled, activated, and driving measurable pipeline within the first 6–12 months
- Clear partner segmentation, coverage, and execution model is in place across APJ
