Netchex is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze SaaS metrics, build financial models, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical expertise with business intuition and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to support business decisions
  • Track and report on key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margins
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations of performance against plan
  • Support pricing, investment, and cost optimization decisions
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
  • Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

 

  • ·       5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related field
  • ·       Experience in SaaS or technology companies strongly preferred
  • ·       Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (experience with financial systems a plus)
  • ·       Solid understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, etc.)
  • ·       Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
  • ·       Strong communication skills with ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
  • ·       Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • ·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • ·       MBA, CPA, or CFA (preferred, not required)
  • Deliver accurate and timely forecasts that drive leadership decisions
  • Provide clear insights into business performance and growth opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders
  • Improve visibility into key SaaS metrics and financial drivers
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting
