Director of Training - Fast Casual Restaurant Group

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Director of Training to contribute to our vibrant team in Albuquerque. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead training initiatives within a fast-casual restaurant group, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

As the Director of Training, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive training programs that empower our employees and enhance operational efficiency. You'll work closely with management to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ultimately driving the success of our restaurants.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a dynamic working environment and opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry.

• Proven experience in a training or leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Strong understanding of operational procedures in fast-casual dining
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to create customized training content

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for developing others and enhancing workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or related field preferred
