This full-time, on-site role is tailored for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service while driving profitability. You'll work closely with department heads to create a positive and engaging work atmosphere that fosters teamwork and high performance. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the restaurant's success, aligning with our commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional advancement within our growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive work culture and promote team collaboration
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
