NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a General Manager at our high-volume restaurant located in Clarksville. This full-time, on-site role is tailored for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service while driving profitability. You'll work closely with department heads to create a positive and engaging work atmosphere that fosters teamwork and high performance. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the restaurant's success, aligning with our commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional advancement within our growing organization.
Responsibilities

- →Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- →Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- →Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports
- →Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Foster a positive work culture and promote team collaboration
- →Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests
- →Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure
- Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
