NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a General Manager at our high volume authentic Italian restaurant located in Boca Raton. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for individuals eager to embark on a rewarding career in the hospitality industry, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a vibrant dining establishment.
As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests while managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction, as well as contributing to the overall growth and success of the restaurant. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, complemented by a range of benefits and opportunities for advancement in your career.
Responsibilities

Requirements
