As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction in the fast-paced restaurant industry. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, maximizing profitability, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities

- →Manage team performance through hiring, training, and motivating staff
- →Develop and implement effective operational strategies to increase efficiency
- →Monitor financial performance, analyze budgets, and control costs

Requirements

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
