NextGen Hospitality Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager for our high-volume fast casual establishment in Santa Clarita. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations, ensuring top-notch service, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance both customer satisfaction and team performance. We are offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, along with benefits that reflect our commitment to employee growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team leadership
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to enhance menu offerings

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in restaurant management or related field is a plus
