As Assistant General Manager at our Gaithersburg location, you'll co-lead daily operations for a fast-casual concept where every shift matters. You'll develop your team, drive efficiency, and help shape a restaurant culture that guests return for. • Salary $75,000–$90,000 annually, plus documented bonus potential

• 3+ years managing or assistant-managing in fast-casual or full-service restaurants
