NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our high-volume operations in Snellville. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team and ensure our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with your team to create a positive atmosphere, implement best practices, and achieve the restaurant's goals, contributing to our legacy of excellence in the restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities

- →Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- →Develop and implement operational strategies to increase profitability
- →Monitor food quality and service standards to meet customer expectations
- →Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
- →Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance goals
- →Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff
Requirements

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of food and beverage operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus
