NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our high-volume operations in Snellville. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team and ensure our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with your team to create a positive atmosphere, implement best practices, and achieve the restaurant's goals, contributing to our legacy of excellence in the restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure flawless service delivery
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to increase profitability
  • Monitor food quality and service standards to meet customer expectations
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance goals
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus
