Restaurant General Manager - High Volume Coffee

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR, coffee, or fast-casual environment
• Previous drive-thru operations experience (required)
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• New store opening experience is highly preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and developing people
