Restaurant General Manager - High Volume Fast Casual

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our high-volume fast casual dining establishment in Fayetteville. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence. • →Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• →Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of restaurant staff
• →Monitor and manage inventory levels and food costs
• →Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• →Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
• →Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• →Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
