Restaurant General Manager - QSR

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at our Riverside location. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in driving sales, optimizing performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages team collaboration. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the QSR segment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of restaurant financials and performance metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar field is a plus
