This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a vibrant team in the fast-paced restaurant industry, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our quick-service restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing day-to-day activities. Your leadership will drive the success of our team and contribute to our goals of profitability and growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that values your contributions and professional development.
Responsibilities

- →Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a motivated team.
- →Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- →Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- →Analyze financial reports and develop action plans for performance improvement.
- →Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- →Address customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
