NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our fast-casual BBQ establishment in Marietta. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the vibrant restaurant industry, where you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our high standards of service and food quality are consistently met. You will have the opportunity to implement innovative ideas that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with benefits and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development in your hospitality career.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- →Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns
- →Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- →Implement and maintain health and safety standards
- →Train and develop team members to provide outstanding service
- →Assist in menu planning and maintain food quality
- →Monitor financial performance and control costs
- →Foster a positive team environment and culture
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
