As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our high standards of service and food quality are consistently met. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with benefits and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development in your hospitality career.

• →Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
• →Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns
• →Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• →Implement and maintain health and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for the food and beverage industry
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
