NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division in Pasadena. This full-time, on-site position offers a remarkable opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. You will play a crucial role in implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize efficiency, and achieve financial goals. Join us in creating a memorable dining experience that keeps our customers coming back.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities

- →Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- →Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- →Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste
- →Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability
- →Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
- →Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively

Requirements
