As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to staff development and job satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- →Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to optimize performance
- →Oversee budget management and financial reporting
- →Implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Monitor food quality and presentation
- →Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- →Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance service
- →Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
- →Prepare reports on restaurant performance and growth opportunities
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
- Experience in upscale dining environments is essential
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
