NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Chain to lead our operations in Torrance. This full-time, on-site role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to drive strategic initiatives within the restaurant industry, ensuring efficiency and excellence in our supply chain processes.
As the Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and enhancing operational efficiencies across all locations. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the supply chain, ensuring that our restaurants are well-equipped to deliver outstanding service and quality to our customers.
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our innovative company.
Responsibilities

- →Oversee the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- →Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts
- →Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
- →Collaborate with restaurant management to forecast inventory needs
- →Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- →Lead a team of purchasing and supply chain professionals
- →Analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- →Implement technology solutions to streamline procurement processes
- →Provide training and support to staff on purchasing best practices
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Vice President of Purchasing or Supply Chain in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement practices
- Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in food service operations is a plus
