On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join their team.

Our client is a PE-backed professional services group operating across the UK and Ireland, with businesses in outsourced finance, compliance, and HR services. The Head of Corporate Development is hiring an Analyst to help manage a growing deal volume and support the integration of acquired businesses.

As Corporate Development Analyst, you will support the deal team across the full M&A lifecycle, from target identification and financial analysis through to due diligence coordination and post-acquisition integration tracking. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Development and have direct exposure to the CFO and PE sponsor.
