The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a PC Network Support Technician to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Beale AFB, CA location.

Requirements

- Associate’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of relevant experience is required
- Must have a DOD 8140 security certification (examples: Security+ CE or greater)
- Candidates must have a current US Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret clearance in order to be considered
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of employment
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of relevant experience is required
- Must have a DOD 8140 security certification (examples: Security+ CE or greater)
- Candidates must have a current US Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret clearance in order to be considered
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of employment
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods
- Associate’s degree
- 3 years of experience with IT related hardware in a classified environment
- Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE or MCSA) a plus
- Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs, SCCM, PowerShell
- Experience with thin clients
- Experience in Active Directory configuring user and computer accounts
- Cross-platform experience (i.e. two or more: Windows, Linux, Solaris, OSX, UNIX, etc.)
- Experience supporting VMware VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory administration, and LAN/WAN networking

Primary Level Salary Range: $49,100.00 - $81,800.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $58,300.00 - $97,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
