Responsibilities

- →Assist in managing total store operating
- →Assure front end is providing customers with quick friendly service
- →Build and fill displays
- →Assist in keeping backroom neat and up to best practices standards
- →Assist in handling all associate issues
- →Assist in handling customer issues
- →Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by all Associates.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manages 3-4 Associates in the store.
- →Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store and Associates.
- →Follows NFI policies and applicable federal, state and local laws.
- →Assign and direct work
- →Address complaints and resolves problems
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Possess product knowledge of hardware related products
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Present information and respond to questions from customers or associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- This position has no required certifications, licenses, or registrations
