About the Role
~1 min readChange is only as successful as the people who adopt it. As our Specialist III, Change Management, you'll lead change management execution across the institution. You'll apply and maintain our change management framework and toolkit so departments can move through organizational change with clarity and consistency. You'll also equip leaders across the organization to lead change well within their own areas.
Responsibilities

- →Support and help maintain the enterprise change management strategy, in alignment with Strategic Alignment's priorities
- →Build and maintain Nightingale Education Group's change management framework and toolkit, incorporating best practices and lessons learned from active initiatives
- →Apply established methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) to Nightingale's culture and structure, recommending adjustments as needed
Lead change in action
- →Lead change management efforts for institutional initiatives, designing and executing plans tailored to each initiative's scope and risk
- →Assess change-related risks and resistance across affected areas and recommend mitigation approaches
- →Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across affected functions
- →Partner with cross-functional teams, including PMO, Operational Excellence, and others as needed, to support structured, well-sequenced launches
- →Lead post-implementation reviews and drive closure of adoption gaps through targeted action plans
- →Provide change management support for single-function or smaller cross-functional initiatives as capacity allows
Build capability across the organization
- →Equip Functional Leaders with change management principles, tools, and practices
- →Support change management capability building across the enterprise through an ongoing cadence of coaching and skill-building
