Specialist IV in EL Placements, oversees complex placement logistics, including sites requiring special portal access or paper-based applications, and conducts year-round outreach to source and manage sites. They secure experiential learning placements and provide oversight and guidance to Specialist II as they work to clear learners through their onboarding.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Secure experiential learning placements at assigned and prospective sites.
- →Manage placements for sites requiring special portals or paper-based applications.
- →Conduct year-round outreach to existing and prospective sites to secure placement opportunities.
- →Initiate real-time requests and communications with new sites to meet learner needs.
- →Maintain communication with current and new sites to ensure partnership satisfaction.
- →Oversee and provide guidance to Specialist II, ensuring proper handling of site requests and learner clearances.
- →Monitor site onboarding and communication requirements, updating shared digital interfaces.
- →Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings.
- →Ensure data integrity within portals, CRM, and other systems.
- →Support pre- and post-semester placement projects.
- →Escalate critical or systemic issues to leadership as necessary.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination or educational operations.
- Strong communication, customer service, and professional correspondence skills.
- Experience managing complex or non-standard placement processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and placement portals.
