Own infrastructure challenges end-to-end — from code to production and user experience
Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and availability
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitLab CI, and AWS services
Ensure reliable, zero-downtime deployments across multiple environments and projects
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues proactively
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Drive improvements in code quality, deployment speed, and overall engineering efficiency
Support and enhance release processes through automation and scripting
Design and operate infrastructure for distributed, multi-tenant systems
Contribute to cloud migration initiatives and infrastructure evolution (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)
Document infrastructure, workflows, and best practices clearly and consistently
Continuously evaluate and improve systems with a focus on security, observability, and reliability
Propose and implement new ideas, tools, and improvements
3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
Solid experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, networking)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred)
Good knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a must)
Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks
Understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalability principles
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
