NOXON is a Munich based MedTech startup founded in 2022 with the vision to transform muscle health on every skin. Guided by our purpose – moving what matters – we build technology that improves lives.

OCIAN is our medical wearable system that translates muscle signals into meaningful movement guidance.

At NOXON we believe in ownership. We believe in logic and strong partnerships over perceived limits. We believe that extraordinary results come from people who are willing to go the extra mile.

We are hiring a full time Electrical Engineer to design, test, and iterate the electronics of our wearable medical devices. You will develop robust hardware designed with reliability, testability, and manufacturability in mind. Working closely with firmware, software, and mechanical teams, you will contribute to a robust system integration within a regulated MedTech environment.

You will grow your scope over time through hands-on ownership and measurable impact. Your work directly impacts the safety, reliability, and daily usability of a device people rely on.

- Design and iterate compact PCBs for battery-operated wearable systems, from schematic capture to layout and validation

- Debug and validate hardware using standard lab equipment

- Contribute to hardware revisions, structured verification and performance optimization, including test plans, measurements, and documentation

- Support DFM/DFT and production test concepts to improve manufacturability and testability

Requirements

Requirements

~1 min read

- Solid foundation in analog and digital electronics with hands-on debugging using lab equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power measurements)

- Experience designing and validating PCBs with attention to signal integrity, power management, and EMC-aware layout; ideally in Altium

- Experience with battery-operated systems that include integrated communication or sensing components (e.g. power budgeting, regulators, measurement)

- Experience contributing to hardware designs toward manufacturable products, including exposure to manufacturability and production test considerations

Requirements

~1 min read

- Experience in signal processing

- Experience validating and debugging communication interfaces and signal integrity in embedded hardware systems

- Familiarity with medical device development frameworks (e.g. design controls, traceability, structured verification documentation, design for safety)

- Experience optimizing BOMs or managing component lifecycle risks

What We Offer

~1 min read

- Real ownership with direct product impact in a fast moving, high standards team

- Building technology that improves people’s muscle health

- Culture with an ambitious team where your contribution is visible and valued

- Trust-based working hours and offices where you can shape your own workspace

- Fast build–test–iterate cycles with direct access to lab equipment

- Steep learning curve and increasing responsibility as you demonstrate impact and ownership

- You thrive in an environment where you take responsibility for quality and reliability of your outcomes

- You combine focus, drive, and energy with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results

- You think in systems and understand how electrical design interacts with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing constraints.

- You design for production, taking a structured and traceable approach and prioritizing reliable, testable hardware over theoretical perfection

Are we a match? If you bring high passion, talent, and the ambition to perform at a high-level, we will meet you at the extra mile. Please upload your CV and a description of at least one electronics project you played a key role in. The application process also includes a few short written questions.
