→Fill clave with 3 tubs
→Pull out the 3 tubs after 1 ½ hour
→Check 1 tub each time a shot comes out- takes about 10 minutes
→Take the tubs to final line and make sure they are full at the robot. Final line goes through 3 tubs in 1 ½ hours
→Trim the other side of tubs at prepress
→Cover breaks for prepress
→Review everything on the check paper, plus a flashlight check which isn't required
→Perform a wet on test on 550 parts
→Runs Clave
→
- →Assists trimming tubs
- →Responsible for their paperwork
- →Take shot tubs to final line
- →Load/unload tubs at both Clave and Prepress
- →Responsible for ALL cullet boxes in their areas
- →Required to assist in training of others.
- →Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean-up of work areas upon completion of tasks.
- →Other duties as assigned.
