Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time
Location: Washington, DC (Clinic-Based)

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually + full benefits

Part-time BCBA opportunities are also available
$95–$105/hour

At National Therapy Center, we’re more than a workplace - we’re a team united by a shared purpose: helping children and families thrive through thoughtful, high-quality ABA care. We’ve created a structured, center-based environment where clinicians can focus on what they do best - without the stress of travel or constant transitions.

  • Clinic-based setting—all services provided in one location
  • Consistent caseload with strong administrative and clinical support
  • A stable, well-organized environment where schedules are reliable
  • A warm, collaborative team culture that truly supports one another
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and more)
  • The opportunity to grow professionally while making a lasting impact
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
  • Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but also values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff. If you’re ready to be part of a supportive clinic where your work is valued and your day-to-day feels structured and predictable, we’d love to connect with you.
