Look no further, Abacus Therapies is looking for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, BCBA-D) to join our team of caring professionals.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to create individualized behavior intervention plans that will encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification or eligible to sit for the certification exam

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • A strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

  • Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed

  • Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care

  • Collaborating with families, school, etc. as needed

  • Submitting report and plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation
