At NTS, we create added value for our customers through a wide range of offered technologies. We deliver highly precise components, modules, and assemblies for leading OEM customers in the semiconductor and analytical industries. Two business units, NTS Slavičín and NTS Brno, operate in the Czech Republic as one entity and serve customers in Central Europe and beyond. We focus on the development and production of series with various technologies. By combining our expertise in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, and precision assembly, we help shorten lead times and ensure the quality our customers need.

NTS Brno primarily focuses on top-notch project and small-series assembly of complex, mechanical, and mechatronic modules using a wide range of technologies. In addition to a standard assembly area, we also offer assembly in ISO 7 and 8 clean rooms.

We are currently looking for a new colleague for the Quality Engineer position.
Your main task will be to manage customer, supplier, and internal quality for the assigned product portfolio. Your tasks will include:
Ensuring and controlling quality for the assigned product portfolio;
Implementing and controlling corrective and preventive actions in production;
Handling and resolving customer and supplier complaints (4D/8D);
Resolving internal non-conformities including associated administration;
Monitoring and reporting costs of non-quality and scrap;
Quality control of parts in the production process;
Supporting quality in the introduction of new products into production (NPI FAI);
Closely collaborating with product engineers and production workers;
External communication with customers and suppliers;
Participation in product and process audits within the company and at suppliers.
Requirements
~1 min readSecondary education with a high school diploma and at least two years of previous experience as a quality engineer;
Reading of technical drawings and familiarity with technical standards;
Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (Histogram, 8D, PDCA);
Experience with RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action);
English language at least at B2 level;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Attention to detail.
