Support SCADA rollout, configuration, validation, debugging, and stabilization activities. Participate in and support test management, including defect tracking and validation. Provide on-demand support (including occasional weekends) as required. 5+ years of experience in SCADA systems (MICS preferred). 3+ years of experience with MS SQL databases. 3+ years of experience in SCADA rollout and configuration. 5+ years of experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned). 7+ years of experience in L1/L2 production support environments. 5+ years of experience working with globally distributed teams.
