Provide L2 support for MICS SCADA incidents, service requests, and operational issues. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Support SCADA rollout, configuration, validation, debugging, and stabilization activities. Participate in and support test management, including defect tracking and validation. Provide on-demand support (including occasional weekends) as required. 5+ years of experience in SCADA systems (MICS preferred). 3+ years of experience with MS SQL databases. 3+ years of experience in SCADA rollout and configuration. 5+ years of experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned). 7+ years of experience in L1/L2 production support environments. 5+ years of experience working with globally distributed teams.
