Systems Integration Specialist

Key tasks and responsibilities --- * Lead and execute change initiatives and enhancement projects * Analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, and propose solutions/designs * Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and the onshore development team * Organize, execute, and support testing and training activities * Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation Essential skills and qualifications --- * Excellent expertise in SAP FS‑RI (Base and Risk Manager Non‑Life), including closing processes, and data model understanding. * A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a reinsurance business analyst and subject matter expert in SAP FS-RI * Minimum one cycle End‑to‑end implementation experience SAP FS-RI * Able to work independently and deliver changes/projects with minimal guidance * Highly client‑focused team player with strong collaboration skills * Fluent in English (required); German or Italian are a plus (spoken and written) * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.) Desired skills and qualifications --- * SAP BW, SAP FS‑CD, ABAP or financial accounting expertise is a strong advantage * Portuguese language skills are a plus * SAP FI expertise including ALE knowledge * Experience with Microsoft Azure
