Heating and Refrigeration Technician

Job Summary:
Alliance Group is seeking a full-time Heating and Refrigeration Technician based out of our North Clarendon, VT operations center.

This is a field-based position responsible for the routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC and related mechanical systems. This includes mini splits, boilers, refrigeration systems, oil and propane burner systems, chillers, package rooftops, and more. This individual will also participate in the rotational on-call schedule, which includes being on-call for one week at a time.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and high-level customer service.
