Industrial Refrigeration Technicians (Gordon Brothers)

Join Australia’s largest industrial refrigeration team as we expand nationwide. We’re seeking experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technicians to support growing customer demand across multiple regions.

• Service & maintain industrial refrigeration systems

• Diagnose faults & complete accurate documentation

• Build strong customer relationships

• Contribute to safety, training & toolbox sessions

• Qualified or experienced Refrigeration Mechanic

• Current driver’s licence

• ARC licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• Experience in industrial refrigeration environments

• Ammonia (NH3) experience (highly advantageous)

• Strong communication and customer service capability

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

• Flexibility with working hours when needed
