You are detail-obsessed and thrive on catching what others miss. You understand the business impact of a broken checkout or a misaligned ad promise. You take full ownership of launch quality and aren't afraid to push back if you're not confident. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams, translate issues into actionable insights, and maintain organized, prioritized test documentation. You're proactive, not reactive; you anticipate edge cases and test them before they become problems.
You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can balance thoroughness with speed. You have a product mindset: you think about the customer experience end-to-end, not just the spec sheet.
We operate two premium DTC brands: NOBL Travel (high-end aluminum luggage) and Flo Pilates (portable reformer + app). Both are data-driven, customer-obsessed, and scaling aggressively. Quality is non-negotiable for us. This role is critical to maintaining our brand reputation and customer trust as we grow.
