Regional Health Services Director LVN

The ideal candidate will reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Pay Range:$125,000 -$130,000

Oakmont Management Group is a fast-growing, trailblazer luxury senior living provider. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Health Services Director, LVN who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple communities in an assigned region.

• Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
• Prefer four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
• Prefer three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees
• Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
• Able to effectively teach/train staff
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
