This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive project coordinator to step up and take ownership of complex, multi-market projects.
You'll be the central hub, connecting our cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the work we're famous for is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the timeline: Develop, manage, and communicate clear project plans for multi-market campaigns, ensuring every milestone is met from initial brief to final delivery.
- →Be the central hub: Act as the main point of contact for our local market teams, expertly managing their requests, coordinating asset localisation, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- →Master the workflow: Manage the flow of creative assets, ensuring everything is tracked, routed for review, and delivered to spec. You'll champion our agency processes and ensure quality at every stage.
- →Facilitate feedback: Organise internal and client reviews, consolidating feedback into clear, actionable tasks for our creative, design, and PR teams to ensure continuous alignment.
- →Embrace new tools: Proactively use AI and project management tools (like Asana, Teams, etc.) to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and keep communication flowing.
- In-depth Project Management: A strong grasp of project setup, budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
- Crystal-Clear Communication: The ability to lead team meetings, manage client reviews, and communicate complex information with clarity and confidence.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A passion for precision, from proofing copy to tracking assets and maintaining documentation.
- A Problem-Solving Mindset: You're solution-focused, adaptable under pressure, and can navigate change with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Tool-Savvy: Proficient with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and keen to leverage AI tools for greater efficiency.
- You have proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager within a fast-paced creative, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
- You have a track record of successfully coordinating projects across different markets or regions.
- You're experienced in managing the delivery of creative campaigns (experience with PR campaigns is a big plus!).
- You thrive on organisation, collaboration, and seeing a project through from start to finish.
