Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a high-volume inbound call queue.
- →Make outbound calls to schedule patients and follow up on outstanding orders.
- →Schedule imaging appointments accurately based on physician orders, diagnoses, and exam requirements.
- →Verify patient demographics, insurance information, referring-provider information, and order accuracy.
- →Communicate with patients, referring offices, clinical staff, registration, and authorization teams.
- →Meet established call-volume, productivity, attendance, and quality expectations.
- →Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a professional, compassionate experience.
- →Assist with additional scheduling and business-office responsibilities as needed.
This position will primarily be performed remotely after the required in-person training period has been successfully completed.

Requirements
- To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is required.
- Strong customer-service, communication, organization, and computer skills are required.
- Previous experience with medical scheduling, patient coordination, registration, or call-center workflows is preferred.
- Experience scheduling radiology or diagnostic imaging services is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records, insurance verification, and medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
