Responsibilities

- →Responsible for career development and advancement of team individuals
- →Hire, coach, motivate and mentor Sales Development reps
- →Report on results and performance
- →Constantly seek opportunities for improvement and enhancement
- →Align with marketing and sales leadership stakeholders
- Experience of leading, hiring & developing a high performance sales or SDR team in
SaaS (or similar) - Knowledge and experience with a modern sales and marketing technology stack
- Data driven and analytical, able to articulate to senior leaders
- Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Fluency in German

Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
