• →Assist in preparing and delivering weekly production schedules in a timely manner to support lead times for labour and raw material planning
• →Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Procurement teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of supply issues
• →Coordinate supplying and receiving plant schedules, including communication of kill and cut levels at Port Colborne and other plants
• →Enter weekly production order into SAP and creating purchase order and stock transfer order for meat and packaging materials
• →Managing the Semi-Finished inventory weekly basis
• →Support procurement of raw meat from external suppliers and other Olymel plants
• →Work with suppliers to maintain minimal inventory levels and help reduce lead times
• →Assist with month-end reporting on a timely basis and assist in completing weekly and monthly local reporting packages
• →Support timely setup of product codes to ensure efficient production
• →Duties Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
