Make Ready/Maintenance Technician Internship - Arizona

The Make Ready/Maintenance Technician Intern will focus on property upkeep, grounds, curb appeal, pool and spa maintenance, work orders, and essential maintenance skills. 

• This future internship is a seasonal, part-time role with a duration of a minimum of 3 months for the Summer and/or Fall term, 2026
• Opportunities are available throughout the Valley; specific site placement will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location and property needs

• →Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)
• →Replace doors, doorknobs
• →Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints
• →Wash and treat surfaces
• →Remove mildew
• →Sand and adhere finishes
• →Complete various work orders as needed
• →Calculate required materials and estimate costs 
• →Assist in maintaining the grounds, interior and exterior common areas, and pools
• →Perform service requests and maintenance
• →Preventative maintenance and diagnosis and HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
• →Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• →Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures
• →Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• →Operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $17.00- $18.00/per hour 

Eligible team members receive monthly bonuses!
