We are looking for

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar

• Core Tools (APQP, AMEF, PPAP)

• Advanced English

• 2 years of experience.

• Define and standardize process parameters to ensure objectives are met and customer requirements are met.

• Develop production methods, design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes, including optimizing workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.

• Review, generate, and update standard operating documents (FMEA, process sheets, work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.

• Generate capacity and standardized work sheets.

• Perform line balancing according to customer requirements.

• Project management: coordinating process improvement projects from planning to implementation, ensuring deadlines and budget are met.

• Support for problem analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for the process.
