We offer an outstanding benefits package and clear paths for upward mobility.   Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Construct AC power systems with voltages up to 1000V Install and maintain secondary power systems, including standby generators and battery systems Work with new and existing utility services Perform AC to DC power conversion Interpret construction drawings and one‑line diagrams(Adobe or Bluebeam PDF editor experience preferred) Install and troubleshoot low‑voltage alarming and control wiring Troubleshoot low‑ and medium‑voltage electrical systems Install EMT, GRC, and PVC conduit Perform basic electrical calculations, including: Conductor sizing Available fault current Voltage drop Install step‑down transformers Perform electrical testing Install electrical enclosures Supervise and mentor electrical apprentices Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity   Requirements Safety‑first mindset (valued above all) Strong leadership skills and desire to grow Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks according to schedule Knowledge of proper use of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies used on construction projects Respect for company vehicles, tools, and property   License & Certifications Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (Required) Journeyman license in surrounding states (Preferred) OSHA 30 (Preferred)   Travel Up to 15%   Compensation $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)   Benefits Paid tuition Per diem Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid holidays Referral bonus program Company truck provided   Equal Employment Opportunity Ontivity provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
