About the Role
~1 min readAs an AI Solutions Analyst you will be a member of Oura's AI Productivity team reporting to the Director of AI Productivity (Yakaira Núñez), you will partner directly with functional partners to professionalize, scale, and AI-enable the operating systems that underpin Oura's product delivery, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution. You are the AI Productivity team's embedded operator in the PMO — the primary conduit through which Oura's AI Productivity Initiative, AI Center of Excellence & Enablement (CoEE), and AI Governance frameworks are translated into the daily reality of how the PMO and Strategy organization works.
This is not a traditional PMO role. You will be equal parts operational architect and AI enablement leader — designing scalable frameworks for program delivery and strategic planning, while simultaneously ensuring that AI tools, agents, and governance practices are embedded into PMO and Strategy workflows as a core capability, not an afterthought. Because you sit within AI Productivity, you have direct access to the team's enterprise AI roadmap, governance infrastructure, tooling stack, and enablement programs — and the mandate to operationalize them within PMO. You will drive measurable productivity gains against Oura's AI Jolt OKR of 20% enterprise-wide productivity improvement.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Serve as the AI Productivity team's embedded operator translating the enterprise AI roadmap, governance frameworks, and enablement programs into concrete workflows, agents, and automations for program management and strategic planning.
- →Co-design and deploy AI-powered solutions with the AI Productivity team on Oura's approved stack (Glean, Gemini, Claude/Anthropic, Lovable, and others) that directly address PMO and Strategy pain points — including program status automation, portfolio dashboards, executive reporting, risk analysis, and decision-support agents.
- →Own the PMO's AI enablement plan — driving adoption of AI tools across Hardware, Software, and GTM program managers through structured onboarding, role-specific playbooks, hands-on training, and office hours. Ensure the PMO organization progresses from ad hoc AI use to systematically AI-enabled operations.
- →Champion AI governance — ensuring that all AI agents, workflows, and automations deployed in program management and strategy operations comply with Oura's Acceptable AI Use Policy, data security requirements, and the governance guardrails established by the AI Council and AI Enablement & Governance team.
- →Represent the PMO in the AI Champions Network — serving as (or partnering closely with) the PMO's AI Champion to surface high-impact use cases, share best practices, and feed learnings back into the AI Center of Excellence for enterprise-wide benefit.
- →Measure and report AI impact within the PMO — define and track KPIs tied to AI adoption, productivity gains (hours saved, cycle-time reduction, decision-speed improvement), and tool utilization across the PMO and Strategy organization, contributing to the AI Jolt OKR scorecard and AI Productivity's enterprise-wide measurement framework.
- →Pilot and iterate on AI-native operational models — work with the AI Productivity team to pilot new approaches (e.g., agentic program status reporting, AI-assisted resource allocation, automated retrospective analysis) within the PMO, then codify successful patterns as reusable standards for other departments.
- Partner with the SVP of Business Operations and Director of Strategy & Operations to architect and execute Oura's annual planning cycle, quarterly OKR reviews, and business performance checkpoints — leveraging AI to accelerate preparation, analysis, and exec-ready reporting.
- Design and maintain a real-time enterprise portfolio view of major initiatives, resourcing, interdependencies, and performance against plan — deploying AI-powered dashboards and agents that transform raw data into decision-grade intelligence.
- Support the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Product Funnel Review (PFR) processes by building frameworks, templates, and AI-assisted analysis tools that accelerate leadership decision-making.
- Drive resource allocation analysis and replan processes, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, headcount, and program capacity — exploring AI-assisted scenario modeling to improve planning accuracy.
- Partner with the VP of Program Management to define and continuously improve standardized program management frameworks across Hardware, Software, and GTM PMO — including ONPP (Oura New Product Process), change control, and program team accountability models.
- Establish and maintain enterprise-grade playbooks, templates, and working standards that drive consistency in execution across all program types (NPI, sustaining, retail, commercial, software releases).
- Formalize roles and responsibilities (RACI) across program teams to resolve ownership ambiguity from development through delivery and sustaining phases.
- Design and operationalize cross-functional planning and execution frameworks that reduce friction between product, engineering, operations, and business teams — optimizing forum management for faster, higher-quality decision-making.
- Own the tooling strategy for the PMO and Strategy & Operations function, ensuring platforms (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Miro) are configured, integrated, and governed to support scaled program delivery and strategic reporting — with AI capabilities layered on top through the AI Productivity team's approved stack.
- Architect the integration between PMO tooling and AI platforms — designing workflows where Glean agents surface program intelligence from Jira/Confluence, where Gemini or Claude automate status reporting, and where Lovable or similar tools create interactive dashboards for executive consumption.
- Partner with the AI Productivity team and Workplace Technology to ensure all tooling integrations comply with enterprise governance, including SSO, data privacy, and least-privilege access controls.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities relevant to program management and strategic operations, informing the AI Productivity team's roadmap with PMO-specific requirements and use cases.
- Serve as the primary operational integrator between PMO, Strategy & Operations, Finance (FP&A), Product, IT, and the AI Productivity team — clarifying ownership, surfacing tradeoffs, and resolving misalignment.
- Establish clear decision-making frameworks, accountability mechanisms, and follow-through processes across the Business Operations organization.
- Own the design and facilitation of executive reporting cadences — including X-Team updates, OKR scorecards, and portfolio reviews — ensuring they are exec-ready, data-rich, AI-assisted, and action-oriented.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture by standardizing retrospectives, capturing learnings across programs, and building feedback loops — including AI-assisted retrospective analysis and pattern recognition — that improve program delivery velocity and quality.
