Responsibilities

→Partner with department heads and leadership to understand and address HR needs and challenges
→Drive recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
→Develop and implement employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management support
→Manage benefits administration and liaise with external vendors
→Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations
→Support employee engagement and development programs
→Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
→Lead or assist with HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of professional HR experience, preferably in the arts, luxury, or cultural sectors
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Passion for the arts and alignment with Pace’s mission is a plus
