Service Biller

Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Automotive Dispatcher to join our team and help create an efficient flow of traffic through our service department.

The Dispatcher plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional and timely manner while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer.

• Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions

This position is primarily located in an office environment, with heating and air conditioning available

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Works evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or the equivalent and 1-2 related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of auto industry experience in a service related function.
